Where we ship

Inka Gold Productions ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs

Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Costs depend on the products, package size and weight, destination, and service selected.

Shipping billed separately — quote after purchase: If you select this option, shipping will be quoted and billed separately. A $0 or “Free” amount displayed for this option at checkout is a placeholder and does not mean shipping is free. Contact us before ordering if you need a shipping estimate.

Production and delivery timing

Production time varies by product and is separate from shipping transit time. Production begins after we receive your print-ready artwork, full payment, and approval of any required proof. For banner and T-shirt orders, we send a digital proof for your approval before printing begins. Please check the wording, layout, artwork size, and placement carefully. Production time starts after approval and payment.

For an event or other deadline, contact us before ordering to confirm production and delivery availability for your specific project.

Rush orders and expedited shipping

Rush production and expedited shipping may be available depending on the product, quantity, destination, and current schedule. Contact us for availability and pricing before placing your order. Faster shipping does not shorten production time.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available when offered at checkout. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting, and bring your order confirmation.

Blind shipping

Unbranded packaging may be requested for eligible orders. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and provide any special shipping instructions.
