Custom Artwork & Proofs

Customers are responsible for uploading correct and print-ready files (300 DPI, CMYK, with bleeds if applicable).

If you request design assistance, you will receive a digital proof for approval before production.

Production begins only after final proof approval. We are not liable for errors in approved files.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because we offer custom-printed products, all sales are final unless an item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

If there is a printing or production issue caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a clear explanation.

Refunds or reprints are issued at our discretion.

Canceled orders may be subject to design or restocking fees if work has already begun.
Shipping & Delivery

We offer local pickup, same-day options, and shipping nationwide.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
