Shipping and order planning
- Send specifications. Include artwork, quantities, sizes, your city and ZIP code, and your deadline.
- Confirm the order. Review the product details, pricing, and production schedule. Approve any artwork proof provided.
- Arrange fulfillment. Shipping is quoted and invoiced separately after purchase. Orders ship after shipping is paid. Pickup is at our Los Angeles shop after your ready notification.
Production time does not include shipping transit time. If your deadline is fixed, contact us before buying so we can confirm whether the schedule works. Rush availability depends on the product and current workload.
