Artwork Submission Guidelines

 

To ensure accurate printing and fast turnaround, please follow the file requirements below:

 

• File Format: PNG only

• Background: Must be transparent

• Color: 5/0 (CMYK + White ink)

• Max Size: 22” x 60”

• Safe Zone: Allow ⅛” safety margin on all sides

• Gang Sheets Allowed: Maximize square footage by duplicating or combining designs in your art board

• Trimming: Transfers will be cut to the size ordered

Pressing Instructions (Cold Peel Film):

 

Settings may vary slightly based on your machine or material, but we recommend the following general guidelines:

 

• Pressure: 35–50 PSI

• Pre-Press: 5–7 seconds (remove moisture)

• Heat Press: 290–320°F for 10–20 seconds

• Post Press: 5–7 seconds with Teflon or protective sheet

• Peel: Wait for transfer to cool completely before peeling
