File Setup
- PNG only, with a transparent background.
- Size the artwork to your order, up to 22 × 60 inches.
- Leave a 0.125-inch safety margin on every side.
- Gang sheets may contain repeated or multiple designs.
Pressing Guidelines
Start with 35–50 PSI, pre-press for 5–7 seconds, and press at 290–320°F for 10–20 seconds. Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling. Finish with a 5–7 second press using a protective sheet. Settings vary by heat press and fabric; test before a production run.
