Reflective Coroplast signs
Create lightweight directional, event, property, and promotional signs with reflective graphics on 4mm white corrugated plastic. The printed engineer-grade reflective vinyl makes the design respond to incoming light. Choose one-sided or two-sided printing, optional corner grommets, and an H-stake for ground display.
- Custom width and height entered in inches.
- Single-sided: $22.00 per square foot. Double-sided: $35.75 per square foot.
- $20 minimum print charge per sign; finishing adds to the print price.
- Grommets: $1.38 per sign. H-stake: $2.63 each.
- Online size range: 6–46 inches wide and 6–38 inches high.
Vertical flutes accommodate an H-stake. Select grommets if you plan to hang the sign instead. For larger panels up to 48 × 96 inches, request a quote so we can arrange suitable pickup or freight. Coroplast is light and easy to transport, making it useful for temporary outdoor displays and indoor directions.
Artwork and ordering
Upload a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPEG at the finished size in CMYK. Keep important text at least 0.25 inch inside the edge, outline fonts, and omit crop marks. For two-sided orders, supply a file for each side. Need help with your design? Request a quote from Inka Gold Productions.
Reflective material returns light toward its source; it does not glow or provide its own illumination. Appearance varies with lighting, viewing angle, and ink coverage. For regulated traffic or safety applications, confirm the required specification before ordering. Production time starts after artwork approval; shipping time is additional.
If you file has been created in RGB or includes RGB objects, we recommend converting the file to CMYK.
Your artwork should reflect only what you need to be printed in the final product. Do not include bleeding or crop marks in your artwork and make certain is sent in the same size as you have ordered or in the same ratio.
Create your file in CMYK mode.
Resolution should be 300dpi.
File size should be 100% of the finished size.
If your file is larger than 50MB you may scale it down but the size ratio must remain the same.
Example:
(If the final file size is 20”x40” , you can create your file 10"x20". We will expand your file to the size specified in your order.
If you are working with vector images (in programs like Adobe Illustrator), the final size artwork is not necessary unless you have placed photographs into your document. Then the above guidelines will apply.

To minimize data loss, saving errors and to reduce your file's size; when including photographs in your design please flatten (rasterized) your file to prevent any delays or printing discrepancies.

In order to provide you the fastest turn around, all artworks for Large Format products are sent directly to press and we do not have a PDF proof option available. We will not be responsible for any reprints if your file is sent in size ratio different than the measurements specified in your order. If you need a decimal size or special size, you requested through our "Estimate" section.

Grommets : For our grommets we use Silver Nickel Grommets Size #2 (3/4" outside diameter) with a hole diameter of 3/8"
4 Corners Grommets : Grommets are placed only on the 4 corners of the banner.
All Banners equal and smaller than 4ft x 2ft will only include grommets in the corners.
Standard Grommets : Silver grommets will be evenly place along the edge of your banners on an average of every 3ft.
(Ex. A banner 8' X 4' would have 4 grommets on top and 4 grommets on bottom.)
Top Standard Grommets Only: Grommets are evenly place only on the top edge of your banners on an average of every 3ft.
Top Corners Only : Grommets are placed only on Top corners of the banner.
Bottom Corners Only : Grommets are placed only on Bottom corners of the banner.
Holding Grommets (Pole Pocket Bannerss Only) :
Holding grommets refers to our sliver nickel grommets placed on the edges right were the pole pocket starts. These grommets improve the strength of the pole pocket for heavier rods or poles. This option is also gives the banner the option to be hanged by the grommets when poles are not available.
Pole pockets are made by folding an extra 3 inches of blank media towards the back side of the banner and sewing it together. Your artwork should include a "safety zone" of 3", within your final size, along the sides that the pole pocket will be created. Avoid any important text or logos in this area. If you have a white background on your artwork please include a bounding box with a gray 1pt stroke.
For 8 feet (height) banners please be advised that the pole pockets will reduce your final size 6 inches due to the pocket fold. Pole pockets longer than 8 feet may include an extra charge of $5.00.
If you need a pole pocket for a pole thicker than 1" please indicated in the Special Instructions Box at the time of uploading your artwork.
Instructions for Double Sided Banners with Pole Pockets:
1. Measure the Height of the Base , if any, from the top of the upper pole to the bottom of the lower pole. (This Height will be your Final Size.This size)
2. Measure the thickness of the Pole.
3. After measuring the thickness of the pole, double that quantity and bleed out that measure on your artwork in the top and in the bottom.
4. The bleed out section on your artwork will be fold it backwards to create the pole pocket. Please make sure the fold will not cover any important information in the other side within your final size. Your safety area will be the same measure as the Bleed out measure.
5. If you have a different image on the back of your banner:
On the Front Side, in the Bleed out Section, flip your image horizontally and vertically to maintain a continous artwork on your back side.

Wind Slits are slit cuts into the banner with the intent of giving the wind a way to blow through the banner and reduce the stress on the banner or on how the banner is installed. These cuts are made in the shape of a half circle or half-moon. Wind Slits are positioned with discretion to not interfere with any main or important text in the design of the banner.
