Print several designs on one UV DTF gang sheet for cups, packaging, and other smooth, hard surfaces. Full-color graphics, white ink, and a gloss finish create a raised transfer without a heat press.
Specifications
- CMYK + white ink with a gloss finish.
- Permanent adhesive; peel-and-stick application.
- 22.5-inch-wide sheets, with lengths from 3 to 120 inches in 1-inch increments.
- For compatible glass, metal, acrylic, plastic, and ceramic surfaces. Test adhesion on your material first.
File Instructions
- Upload a PNG with a transparent background, ideally at 300 dpi.
- Build the artwork at the exact sheet size selected.
- Keep artwork at least 1/8 inch inside every sheet edge.
- Leave space between designs for cutting and avoid details smaller than 0.02 inch (0.5 mm).
- One artwork file per job. Repeat or combine designs within your gang sheet.
Application Instructions
- Clean and dry the surface.
- Cut out the design and burnish it firmly onto the clear transfer film.
- Peel away the backing carefully, keeping all design elements on the film.
- Position the design and press firmly across the entire transfer.
- Peel the clear film back slowly. If an area lifts, press it down again before continuing.
No heat press required.
